• Is most fulfilling when it occurs between marriage partners because there is little to no worry about things like time, disease, and performance.

  MUST BE MUTUALLY AGREED UPON. Is one of the highest forms of communication between two mature individuals. Is best when shared between committed loving partners. According to moral standards casual sex is outside of the norm. Therefore If someone goes on a date they should expect to get to know each other through other means of communication. If you try to convince some one to have sex by performing a sex act on them you have committed one or more of the following - sexual assault, sexual harrasment, and or rape.

• • Rape charges average up to 8 years in prison.

  • Sexually molesting an minor (even if the minor consents to it) or someone who is mentally challenged also averages up to 8 years in prison.

  Unwanted pregnacies can lead to birth defects, and severe illness.

• It is against the law to knowingly transmit or pass HIV or AIDS. Health and Safety Code Section 120291, Punishable to 3 to 8 years in state prison.

• If you are told no before during or after a date, and you try to persuade your date or pressure your date into sex by performing sexual intercourse on them you have committed sexual assault. Punishable by a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 8 years in prison, Penal Code 261 - 269.

• Unwanted or unexpected pregnancies contribute to high numbers of birth defects, learning disorders, socially ill behavior, drug addicted babies, and children born with STDs and HIV.

• AIDS and HIV medicine is still in its experimental stages. That is why medical science advises that the safest sex is no sex at all.

• Each year there are about 333 million new STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease) cases in the world. 85% of them occur in the United States. 35% of those cases are contracted by people under the age of 25.  There are about 20 different types of  STDs. They are caused by germs. In 2002 in the city Los Angeles, California there were 1599 newly diagnosed HIV/AIDS cases. In that same year there were 517,414 total numbers of cases in the United States.

• We recommend that women use two forms of birth control/sexual protection. Condoms with 80% TO 9O% effetiveness for preventing STDs and 97% for preventing unwanted pregnacies are the best. They are the only known form of birth control devices for men. Then of course birth control pills are 99% effective in preventing unwanted pregnacy.

• Remember the difference between an adult and a child is the ability to handle responsibility. So the next time your out trying to “be the man” or “be the woman”, think smart and be mature. Of course sex with minors is off limits because of the maturity factor. Sex with minors is also punishable for a minimum of 3 years and maximum of eight years in state prison. See Penal Code 261 - 269.

So it is best to be willing enough or patient enough to work on a long-term meaningful relationship. Do this in order  to ensure that you have companionship and safety. It also helps to assure that you do not violate anyone else’s rights.
