Title:  LA Flaw in Follywood!
LA,  one of the most largest metropolitan areas in the world, a humongous multi cultural center, filled with the best of modern technology and computer know how, one of Americas largest concentrated ares of economic power that along with movie star glamour.  But underneath it all, the common people are suffering from social and mental degradation and ignorance to be compared with the dark ages of world history.    Sure it has a humongous multi-cultural community but it is highly uninformed of its real history and it lacks American value.  It is a far cry from a melting pot. 
CHAPTER1
 
Ask me, how do you know? 
 
I myself have been the victim of its contradictory environment. In that it welcomes people from different cultures but does not recognize the validity of there differences.  From my experiences here I have found that LA's biggest problem is immigration, for centuries.  the immigrants are needing to conform to American values.  For the most part most other countries use a socialist system for there government and society.  It is based upon there most popular religions like Hinduism, Buddhism, and Catholicism, etc.  What I have noticed is that they try to run there businesses and lifestyles in a socialist manner in a Capitalist, democratic society, that is the United States of America.  Several United States Citizens have problems with the law including law enforcement officials because they try to apply the law using there background or religion, which may be highly socialist in its nature.  For example people brought up in a Klu Klux Klan home upon reaching adulthood will enter the workforce.  They may become business owners or worst yet politicians or law enforcement officers.  How they practice their jobs are highly influenced by there belief system.  For example I have met several Mexicans who believe that the west particularly California is there land.  So they purposely discriminate against others particularly black people because they are easier to get to than white people.  As if to try to chase them away.  However the root of the problem is ignorance of the truth of their own culture and of the culture of others and what the United States is really about.  It is said that the root of anger is fear. And by and large people fear the unknown. So some may fear what they are ignorant to. Each of these cultures must be forced by the laws of the land to be knowledgeable of it's own countries, true history as opposed to its myths as well as being educated on the truth about the cultures of others around them. Laws should be put in place to that every ethnic owned or concentrated media must use announce or show a multicultural advertisement based on those laws that protect citizens in a protected class.  I believe places like a California need a specific law for black people.  People of African decent in America have been fighting for their own equal rights for years.  However once the laws are made we, that is African Americans always make sure the laws include equal protection to all people of every race, creed color, sex or sexual orientation.  It seems that people need to be informed that white people are not just giving black people things but we are lobbying and protesting for the equal rights of all like is promised in our Constitution.  It appears that it needs to be made plane and the law needs to say. Black people are free.  They have been here in this territory now referred to as the United States of America since before it was called the United States of America.  And in fact are major contributors to this country from its beginnings.  From the first Nations Capitol being designed by a black man to the war to begin the countries freedom from tyranny, the Revolutionary was being started by a black man.  To black soldiers even to this day bleeding and dying on foreign grounds for the freedom of others so that they may even come in this county to enjoy liberty.  Why is it that those same newly liberated people are allowed to come over here and disrespect the ones who bled and died for them. 
 
People must be made to understand that along with freedom comes responsibility.  The largest lie is that "hey America, man it's a free county"  So they do what ever in the heck they want to do and say what ever in the heck they want to say.  It is those individuals who do not really get the concept of equal rights because they "feel" I "I can like whoever I wanna like" or "I can do whatever I wanna do to those people".  It is those people who do not realize that putting drugs into there own bodies makes them a social menace.  The dangers of drugs is that it kills or inhibits brain cells, and therefore inhibits there ability to think properly and God forbid they have some type of law enforcement or social services job.  I have witnessed the dangers of drugs to persons on the street contaminating the environment with bodily fluids and waist, stealing and killing for one more hit.  To social service workers and government officials haphazardly doing there jobs or selling out there own for drugs or because of drugs. I've seen them at the point where nothing else matters but feeling good on their high and them not realizing that they have nearly no control over there mental state before, during and after the high.  Enough about drugs but back to information.  In the information age the poor  is still not being informed.  All citizens need to be informed on there own level.  Remember the black an bubonic plagues of the middle ages.  It discriminated against know one the rich thought they could not be touched by it.  But the rich forgot there servants had terrible habits and were cleaning there houses and serving them food.  The same exist today.  The poor work in restaurants serving food, cleaning houses, so on and so forth.  Worst yet it is those who are poor in the wealth of knowledge who degrade the society.  It is almost nothing worse that a rich person with no class.  And needless to say what I have noticed is that California has lots of money...need I say more. 
California, where it is oft times said "if you are black in Los Anglels and haven't been arrested yet, you haven't been there long."
 
So again you want to know how do I know?
CHAPTER 2 THE STORY

 
Unfortunately I myself was recently incarcerated in Orange County on a false arrest.  A waitress of middle eastern decent called the police on me saying I had stolen a cup of tea from a Denny's Restaurant on Tustin and Lincoln in Costa Mesa.  When in actuality was in short the waitress was rude she called me a piece of trash, after I had a sip of water and I since I was black though I felt like hitting her, I walked out of the restaurant to avoid trouble.  She followed me hit me on the arm then jumped on my back demanding that I pay her.  I pulled away from her and she went flying back like a buffoon.  When I walked out a police car parked in front of me the officer shone a humongous flashlight on me yelling "Halt, Orange County Police!"  I said "yes, sir may I help you".  But he, Officer Gibbs did not hear he continued yelling and acting foolishly he began using the infamous racist California cop procedure of provoking a citizen in order to make an arrest or seizure of some type.  I stood up and began to wave down some help.  He approached me and pushed my hands up behind my back and pushed me on the cold ground.  Another officer arrived and said "you don't file  reports on officers! Understand!"  So I sat in the back of the police car hand  cuffed. another officer approaches me and says you have the right to remains silent,  I said "for what?" he said for assault and battery.  When I got to the station I was being charged for assault and battery, petty theft, and assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest!  I was detained in jail for over 30 days.  I had to represent myself in court in order to get out on my own recognizance.  So on the day of the trial I had a pre-trial conference with the prosecutor and I asked " Did anyone see me walk out of the restaurant with a cup of tea?" I won that case and the charges were dropped. 
 
I was then transported to LA county.  Because back on 10/02/03 my children were detained by a Long Beach Police Officer.  I and my children had become the victims of theft in LA so many times till we had no money. I called the LAPD several times and one time they told me we don't come out for stolen wallets.  I went into the police station and filed a report and that was it.  no investigation, No help.  Prior to that I had just left a hotel that was holding my check that had just come in the mail.  Then when I arrived at the next hotel, that I now commonly refer to as the Hick Hotel or the Hillbilly Hotel of North Hollywood, I was just about to check in,  I asked if there were any rooms available, they said sure just show us your ID.  I had just paid the taxi driver outside of the taxi and walked directly into the hotel lobby.  They said that as if they knew that my wallet was gone.   When I said" my wallet its gone"  The hotel desk clerks immediately began yelling at me "get out", "get out of my hotel", "we have the right to refuse service... to any one"!  I felt like I was talking to the monster on the Power Puff Girls that says "Git offa my property"!  They did not care that I and my children were now on the streets with no money.  A bus driver let us get on the bus for free to get to the police station to make a report. 
So then on 10/02/03 I and the children were at Texaco Gas Station on Ocean and Alamitos.  We had frequented the gas station in the past buying gas because it was good gas, then the quality of gas changed so we went less frequently.  Then I developed problems with my radiator.  It had a leak that stop leak could not fix.  So then I would sometimes drop in and use the free water pump since I had invested in the food mart and gas in the past.  One week before 10/02/03,  a gas station attendant, Mr. Kevin Jones asked me what was I doing I said my car overheated and I was putting water in the radiator.  He told me I was lying.  I explained to the man, Mr. Kevin Jones that it had been hard enough for me and the children I was trying to find a decent hotel with personnel that treat you with respect, I was talking to an employee who handles homelessness and the Long Beach Multi-Service Center and there was no luck there, so I was in no mood for being harassed.  he, Mr. Jones then replied "oh, your just a victim"  and then "oh, you black people are always complaining".  And he nagged and he taunted me until I picked up a stick in my car and chased him away.  So then again I here the infamous California line..."we have the right to refuse service" then he says I'm calling the cops.  So I said good I want to file a report to.  So he ran inside and I waited and waited. I even tried to wave down a cop passing by, still no cop.  So then on the blessed 10/02/03 my children and I were running errands to get them enrolled in school.  I had finally found a school that would accept them.  Then car suddenly ran hot and wouldn't you know it, I was at the corner of ocean and alamitos, were that Texaco is.  So I hoped there would be no problems.  So I pulled in put water in the radiator.  My oldest daughter said try to start the car mommy, my youngest daughter said yeah, "common' Mommy let's go!", like the infamous Dora the Explorer line we all giggled and laughed, I checked the car it was not quite cool enough to start.  Then a Long Beach Police officer walked up and said.  "And just what do you thing your doing?"  I attempted to answer by saying "I'm servicing my car it overheated", but she could not hear because she interrupted me saying " I have a call from the manager of the store saying you are panhandling".  I of course told her no my car over heated I was just using the free water but she interrupted again with something about having to leave because it is private property.  What a Texaco?  So I said fine my car is now quite ready can you assist me in pushing the car to the street so I can wait for it to cool properly.  We had been there for less that five minutes total.  I wish that I could get the police to assist me so promptly when I call. But anyway, she, Officer Julie Anderson began to yell and to demand that I leave.  I stepped outside of the car trying to ask Missy to control her tone in front of my children and to not disrespect me in front of my children.  When I was saying " I am of Native American and African - American heritage and deserve to be treated with respect" she interrupted me saying "I don't care what your nationality is "give me your license, give me your license, give me you license" over and over.  Finally I said may I please talk to your supervisor.  She, Officer Julie Anderson then gets of the CB radio and says "back up, I need back up".  So I am looking at this buffoonish display in unbelief.  I could not believe that someone had let this moron have a badge, a gun, and some authority!  Suddenly 2 cop cars and a cop on a bicycle arrive.  A black male cop who had pulled up in a police 4x4 asked me "what's  the problem?"  I said "the officer was hard to deal with, so I asked to talk to her supervisor".  The black unnamed officer I was talking to then showed me who the supervisor was said "good luck" and left the scene.  The supervisor, Mr. Hernandez approaches me after talking to the woman officer and says, "So just give her your license", in a whinny kind of tone.  So I said I did already!  so then the woman officer was walking around the car and back to her car.  Then she approached me with a citation for driving with out a license, refusing to present ID,  and child not properly restrained.  I had a license and ID, and my child was sitting in a car is that I bought in June.  I was told I was free to go that happened about 3 times when they detained me. three times after each time being told that.  At one time I was told that I could gather some of my belongings and go.  So I was sitting in the front seat searching for things and thinking of what to do, I felt a cool breeze so I attempted to close the door, the Supervising officer then grabbed the car door and says "your trying to flee the scene step out of the car!"  So you know that by now I am totally stunned at this display.  Felt like I was dealing with Yacko,Wacko, and Dot from the Animaniacs cartoon.  An officer on the bikeMr. Munouz kept asking me "So what about the WIC program what is it?"  Since he was holding a rubber ball with its logo on it, I explained it two or three times, I knew he was trying to stall for some reason.  Then the officer tries to question my 4 year old who was stunned.  I attempt to answer for her to save her some time. she then snaps "I can talk to her if I want to!"  So now I'm thinking who's more mature my child or the officer.. hmmm maybe they can relate.  She then walks away putting her hand on her gun tooting her nose and rear in the air.  "So now I'm thinking way to go big shot!, and yeah retarded girl!" So then she takes both of my children into her car.  Then she pulls off saying I'm taking your children because "I don't like your attitude!"  So I jump on a bus to the police station they BS me around about where my children are I wait and I talk to a DCFS worker who tells me he can't help me, lies to me about having a hotel stay for one night, then  I walk across the street to call the agency that he claims had the hotel room, which was the Long Beach Homeless Multi-Service Center who previously could not help me and they were closed it was too late in the day.  So he lied about that too.   I end up in Children's Court at the Elderman's Children's Court in Monterey Park.  I arrive prepared to defend myself, along with my children's records.  They promised me that my children would be returned to me there, it was 10/07/03.  I talked to the lawyer, Mr. Pichotta tht was imposed upon me or appointed to me by the court and he said "no you can't get your children back to day."  On top of that he didn't offer me any practical legal advice the only things he said were..."white people rule the world" and "Let us hang on to your children for about six months or so and we'll find you housing!"  So I told him I wanted another lawyer he  said no not until after the trial.  I talked to the clerks office and several other offices there and they said no, you have to talk to the judge.  So I go into trial prepared, and was not even allowed to talk the whole entire time!  I filed complaints and the clerks office, the California Bar Association, the La District attorneys office, the LAPD, the Long Beach PD, the Long Beach Pd Internal Affairs division, LA county Sheriff Department, the FBI , the State Attorney General, The Black Caucus of Black Congressmen for the State of California and the NAACP, in addition to my family at home ( who we left because of cultic violence) and several local churches and no help was given.  So later I made motions to replace the lawyer and the judge, Mr. Brian Petraborg several times neither Elderman's Children's Court Clerk's office or Mr. Petraborgs office bothered to respond. Did not communicate with me concerning the matter at all.  The lawyer, Mr. Thomas Wayne Pichotta has called several trials behind my back and he continues to bill me around $400.00 dollars each time, because they made me sign a paper giving him permission to do that, saying they would arrest me if I did not sign it.  After asking me if I would sign it as if I had a choice and before I could say no I was being told the line about being arrested for not signing it. The nerve of some nerds. Then on top of that this past tuesday I learned that he "walked-on" another trial where he brought it to the judge to have my children sent back to our family in Florida that we were trying to escape from. And the judge approved it.  He, the lawyer that is supposed to be representing me as opposed to prosecuting me. At least Mr. Petraborg uttered out during the final minuets of the first speedy trial "that there were no criminal charges."
 

Then...


the troublesome Long Beach Police officer issued a warrant for my arrest on 11/12/03.  Which caused the case to go into double jeopardy.   I attempted to explain that to the Long Beach Criminal Courts. Which was where the case was tried for the 2nd time.  I had written several letters that were not reviewed prior to the case. I even called before the trial to ask that the letters be reviewed I was told they would submit my request.  Then I get there and they review my case for the first time during the trial. The file had gone untouched prior to the hearing  I'm sent out of the room, I wait all day.  Then the new judge whines and rushes through the trial.  Refused to rule on the witness testimony, then only allows me to give my testimony, restricting my testimony to only what happened when the officer arrived!  Then gives me 4 years probation.
 
They were attempting to put me in jail for 10 years!  For a common problem in LA, homelessness.   I believe that I am innocent in that case because they are trying to charge me with California Penal Code 273a which is willful and intentional child neglect.  I was forced into the situation by the lack of cooperation from the LAPD when I reported incidents of crime, for example when the hotel managers held and therefore stole my check, the other hotel in North Hollywood that seemed to be in cahoots with them and my wallet was stolen in the lobby, Long Beach Homeless Multi-Service Center employee He along with several Long Beach Police officers gave me and my children permission to live in the car. since they could not find shelter. 
 
So what's the LA Flaw in Follywood?
CHAPTER 3 Legalities

 
  Laws that are contradictory to the United States and Individual States Constitution.
for example the right to refuse service law the white and foreign business owners     enjoy.  Let somebody black call the police saying "I have the right to refuse service!  They'll be lucky if the police arrive. And then if they do come they'll be saying to them: "refuse service? You got the right to refuse service? You got the right to remain silent!";
See this is what the law says in California:
    CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTION
ARTICLE 1  DECLARATION OF RIGHTS

SEC. 8.  A person may not be disqualified from entering or pursuing
a business, profession, vocation, or employment because of sex, race,
creed, color, or national or ethnic origin.
 
It does not say exactly what it means so it can be applied.
 
The United States Constitution Says:
TITLE 42 > CHAPTER 21 > SUBCHAPTER II > Sec. 2000a. Next

Sec. 2000a. - Prohibition against discrimination or segregation in places of public accommodation

 

(a) Equal access

 

 

All persons shall be entitled to the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations of any place of public accommodation, as defined in this section, without discrimination or segregation on the ground of race, color, religion, or national origin.

(b) Establishments affecting interstate commerce or supported in their activities by State action as places of public accommodation; lodgings; facilities principally engaged in selling food for consumption on the premises; gasoline stations; places of exhibition or entertainment; other covered establishments

 

 

Each of the following establishments which serves the public is a place of public accommodation within the meaning of this subchapter if its operations affect commerce, or if discrimination or segregation by it is supported by State action:

(1)

any inn, hotel, motel, or other establishment which provides lodging to transient guests, other than an establishment located within a building which contains not more than five rooms for rent or hire and which is actually occupied by the proprietor of such establishment as his residence;

(2)

any restaurant, cafeteria, lunchroom, lunch counter, soda fountain, or other facility principally engaged in selling food for consumption on the premises, including, but not limited to, any such facility located on the premises of any retail establishment; or any gasoline station;

(3)

any motion picture house, theater, concert hall, sports arena, stadium or other place of exhibition or entertainment; and

(4)

any establishment

(A)

 

(i)

which is physically located within the premises of any establishment otherwise covered by this subsection, or

(ii)

within the premises of which is physically located any such covered establishment, and

(B)

which holds itself out as serving patrons of such covered establishment.

 
TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 13 > Sec. 241. Next

Sec. 241. - Conspiracy against rights

 

 

If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or

 

If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured -

 

They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death

and the The Bill of Rights Amendment IX says :

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

That is it is against the law to trap people into situations where they appear to be breaking the law

So why is it that in California black people are routinely targeted for investigations by people of other races particularly Mexican-Americans.  I myself have been followed by Chicanos questioning me on several occasions, and, more that what can be counted on one hand.  Oft times the black people shot and killed by law officers in California are often times shot by Mexican-Americans.  When I was in jail in Orange County they said they were holding me to prove that I'm innocent!  What?  What country do they get this stuff from.



CHAPTER 4 Therefore I conclude...


So again I say we need laws that specifically say that Black  People are free and are co-founders of this country along with others and entitled to fair and honest treatment.  These laws need to be advertised on national TV.  It should be a broadcasting law that if you operate a station being broadcast into the United States you must show this government ad about the new law specifically applying to African-Americans.

So then I say are we so broken that we can not be fixed.

*We are dealing with black on black crime and the lack of common sense and lack of common courtesies in the black community.  Men leaving kids unattended to because they feel they themselves are not grown up yet. Boys not being properly prepared for childhood.  Children being allowed to choose whatever they want to do. Bogus religious beliefs, believing religions passed by word of mouth that are far worse then the misinterpretations parented in the Christian Bible.  Teachers in schools in the black community being of a poorer quality than other teachers dispersed throughout the county.  Pre-school teachers not really being apt to teach.  The dilemma is that often they hire people who seem childish to work with children.  It needs to be commonly known that there is a difference between youthful and childish or immature.  Across the board whether it is in a school, or a social worker, or a law enforcement officer of some type I have run across those in the childish , immature or slow category.  Big mistake it is causing America to raise a generation of Big Dummies.

This is a call for reform in California and across the country in the areas of::

*mental health

*homelessness - Put an end to those areas that allow people to be life-time shelter residence.  In LA some people are receiving SSI and instead of buying there mental health medication they are buying crack and smack and whatever else there is not to mention the all time favorite marijuana.  That most people say "that's not a drug"  but they are obviously, mentally impaired.  There emotional states are to immature to deal with relationships not to mention work.  As I mentioned before.

U.S. Veterans laying in the streets. Hooked on drugs needing mental health counseling.  Trained to kill.  So what do they do now.

*drug rehabilitation

*and race relations.

*Reforms on the society on the whole.  Really enforce building codes.  The hotels in Long Beach California charge nearly $375 a week for a room with rotten carpet from the toilet over flowing and backing up, weak pluming systems, holes in the walls, old mattresses and maids that don't even change the bed spreads or comforters on the beds between guests.

*Regulations on businesses with under code buildings give them citations and force them to close if they do not up keep there property.  Who else is going to do it?

*Business owners and employees forced to respect all patrons as the law says or they have to run their business in another country.

*All of the lobbying and protesting of persons of African decent has greatly benefited others.  It is our turn to enjoy the fruit of our labors with out question and without delay.

*An end to white societies that strategically discriminate against others.  They are all well known.  And it is not there right to meet because those actions are illegal, anti-American and therefore is terrorist and treason.  It is a well known fact that the Klan convenes in Anaheim, California.  But who does anything about it.

In this modern technological information age this society should be immaculate and as sterile as possible factoring in human error. 

*Regulations in the jails. 

They force people to bathe in dirty showers next to God knows who has done God knows what.  Gang members functioning as Sheriff officers discriminating against others because of gang affiliation or color.  Sitting around all day or just working to maintain the jail.

Jails should be more like a half-way house where people are learning first and foremost the 4 R's: reading, writing, arithmetic, and RESPECTAnd serving, they must work in a capacity that not only serves the facility but serves the community.  Instead of the house of pain and abuse that currently exists now.  Prison guards yelling and bitching at people.  That type of discipline doesn't even work on children.  In actuality it makes them victims.  So how can we call that place a correctional system.

Some people can't show respect and observe the laws because they have never experienced respect.

*The same for the armed forces and law enforcements officers receiving training to deal with people civilly instead of yelling at them making them mindless, pass feeling, killing machines.  Forcing them to clean toilets with there bear hands and other crazy stuff.  Y our making a mental case instead of a man or woman of honor.  People should be prepared to defend their country in intelligence out of respect for their country and camaraderie.

We are in other countries telling others how to behave. What about the terrorism against the American fiber on American soil?

Which leads us to...

*government reform

Make the law simple enough for the common people to handle.

End this treacherous money laundering scam that we call the right to a lawyer.  Throw out all of the additional jargon used by lawyers. It totally unnecessary.  It is only being used to abuse citizens and make an elitist society.  Return it back to where you can represent yourself and choose a lawyer if you decide.  When I was in court it looked like a pompous display of whooie.  I felt like I was in an episode from Alice in the Looking Glass (Alice in Wonderland).

An end to judges being paid to favor one citizen over the other or the prosecutor over the citizen.  Obvious impartiality.  Asking questions to cause the defendant or plaintiff to incriminate themselves which is against the law.

In the information age education and advertisement is the KEY.

*So we must make sure that groups of people who descend from persons that were enslaved as a people (Blacks, Chicanos, native Americans).  Are educated about what the techniques of slavery.   To know the difference between good parenting and the techniques of slavery that have been passed down from generation to generation. 

*Religion- We must make sure that people know that America is not based on a cast system or any type of socialist government per se.  It is a Democracy.  Here in America we acknowledge that all people are created equal.  Anything else is against the American fiber and is there for terrorism and treason.  I have noticed people thinking they are higher that other people because they have a simple no degree needing clerk job.  They're supposed to be providing service instead they treat you like it's a privilege just to be in there presence.

*Making sure that we have an intelligence about religion and not overlooking abusive patterns.  It is against the law to embrace religions that are evil because it prevents people from rightly observing the law.  Being smart about it.  And putting an end to those well known practices.  And throwing out the confusion, now really, any religions that have greatly altered doctrinally truths have lost the right to call themselves Christians.  There making people confused and therefore mentally challenged citizens.  Let us throw out the purposely imposed ignorance.
